Yes, if the doctor believes medication is warranted, the doctor can write a prescription for non-narcotic medications. Our doctors do not guarantee prescriptions. It is up to the doctor you consult with to recommend the best treatment. Our doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Our telehealth providers do not dispense prescription drugs. If the doctor prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically or by phone to the pharmacy of your choice.
Health records are kept totally private and our telehealth providers employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.

If you purchased your membership online, it is valid for one year from purchase date. You may receive a refund within 30 days if you have not used the service or received a consultation from our doctors. If your membership is through your employer, please speak with HR to determine your eligibility.
